涂裝(zhuang)電鍍純(chun)水設備(bei)傳統的(de)制備(bei)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)通(tong)(tong)常(chang)是采用離子交換樹(shu)脂(zhi)進行制取(qu),但采用離子交換樹(shu)脂(zhi)通(tong)(tong)常(chang)需要經常(chang)性的(de)進行樹(shu)脂(zhi)再(zai)生,即耗費物力又浪費人工(gong)(gong)。我們公司經過多(duo)年實踐(jian),同時結合新的(de)膜分離技術,采用低(di)壓反滲透加(jia)離子交換系統(或EDI)相結合用來制備(bei)電鍍超純(chun)水,該工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)與(yu)傳統工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)相比具(ju)有運行成本低(di),運行可靠。
